40 promoted officials ng AFP, nanumpa sa harap ni PBBM
Hinikayat ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., ang mga opisyal ng sandatahang lakas na itaguyod ang mataas na uri ng liderato at malinaw vision para sa Armed Forces of the Phiippines (AFP).
Ito’y sa harap ng mga hamong kinakaharap para sa pagsusulong sa kapakanan ng bansa at pambansang seguridad na patuloy nitong itinataguyod.
Ginawa ng Pangulo ang mensahe sa pangangasiwa sa oath taking ng mga bagong promote na Generals at Flag Officers ng AFP.
“You are to lead and mobilize the nation’s new generation of guardians and future leaders, and instill in them the virtues of discipline, valor and patricotic public service,” bahagi ng mensahe ng Pangulo.
Bilang Commander-in-Chief, sinabi ni Pangulong Marcos na ibibigay niya ang buong suporta sa Armed Forces.
HInikayat din niya ang mga itong patuloy na isakatuparan ang mataas na antas ng security intelligence at analysis para istratehikong magabayan ang pagpa-plano at pagpapasya para sa bagong era na kakaharapin ng AFP.
“Your strategic leadership will be the fulcrum and the compass, so that the AFP will move in the right direction, guided by the Constitution and the democratic priciples that we all have sworn to uphold.”
“As your President and your Commander-in-Chief, I will stand resolutely behind and with the Armed Forces of the Philippines. I will ensure that the strength of the organization and the well-being of all of its personnel are attended to,” pagdidiin pa ni Pangulong Marcos.
Nasa 40 heneral at flag officers na itinaas ang ranggo ang nanumpa sa harap ng Pangulo.
Kabilang sa mga nanumpa ang 10 Major Generals at Rear Admirals, 14 na Brigadier Generals at Commodores ng Philippine Army (PA), 1 Lieutenant General, 3 Major Generals at Rear Admirals, at 4 na Brigadier Generals at Commodores ng Philippine Navy (PN).
Kasama ring nanumpa sa Malacañang ang 1 Lieutenant General, 2 Major Generals/Rear Admiral, 3 Brigadier Generals at Commodores ng Philippine Air Force (PAF), at 2 Brigadier Generals at Commodore ng Technical and Administrative Service ng AFP.
