Naungusan ng Chinese animated blocbuster na “Nezha 2,” ang Inside Out 2 (2024) ng PIXAR noong February 18, upang maging “highest-grossinf animated film” sa buong mundo.

Ang fantasy film ay kumita ng kabuuang 12.3 billion Yuan o 2.27 billion Singaporean dollars, kasama na ang pre-sales at kinita nito sa pagpapalabas sa ibang bansa.
Dahil dito, naging pang-walo ang Nezha 2 sa mga pelikulang nagkamit ng highest box office earnings sa buong mundo, bahagyang mas mataas kaysa kinita ng Inside Out 2 sa buong mundo na 1.69 billion dollars o 2.26 billion Singaporean dollars.

Mahigit sa 99 percent ng kinita sa takilya ng Nezha 2 ay mula sa mainland China, taliwas sa Hollywood films na ang bulto ng kita ay karaniwang galing sa global distribution.
