Kahit hindi makalusot ang BBL , MNLF at MILF hindi lalahok sa mga bakbakan
Tiniyak ng Moro National at Moro Islamic Liberation Front na hindi sila lalahok sa anumang bakbakan kahit pa hindi makalusot ang Bangsamoro Basic Law o BBL.
Sa harap ito ng banta ni National Security Adviser Hermogenes Esperon Jr na posibleng maulit ang Marawi siege at lumama ang extremism kapag hindi pa rin nakapasa ang BBL.
Gayunman, sinabi ni Firdausi Ismail Abbas, miyembro ng bangsamoro tranisiton commission na hindi nila mapipigilan sakaling may mga bagong grupo na sasamantalahin ang sitwasyon.
Tinukoy nito ang bandidong Abu Sayaff at Bangsamoro Freedom Fighters na bumuo ng hiwalay na grupo matapos madismaya sa pakikipagnegosasyon ng MILF sa gobyerno.

For as long as you don’t trust us, nothing would come out of it, A strong nation is not borne out by a mere fiat of law. It must be our attitude towards each other, respect for each other’s cultures and customs.”
