Saglit na isinugod sa pagamutan si King Charles ng Britanya upang sumailalim sa obserbasyon, makaraang dumanas ng side effects mula treatment ng kaniyang kanser.
Ang 76-anyos na hari ay sumasailalim na ng gamutan mula nang siya ay ma-diagnose ng “unspecified form of cancer” noong Pebrero ng nakalipas na taon kasunod ng mga pagsusuri pagkatapos ng isang corrective procedure para sa enlarged prostate.

Tumanggi ang palasyo na magbigay ng anumang detalye ng side effects, ngunit sinabi ng isang Royal source, “It’s no more than the most minor bump in the road. That’s very much heading in the right direction, and that it was not uncommon with medical treatments.”
Dagdag pa ng source, “The king’s recovery was continuing in a very positive direction and that he was in good form, and was continuing to work and make calls from his study.”
Ang state visit ng hari sa Italya sa susunod na buwan kasama si Queen Camilla ay naasahang matutuloy gaya ng plano, at walang iba pang ‘health update’ na inaabangan.
Ayon pa sa source, ‘The king’s medical team were fully involved in discussions over his schedule, reactions to tretment could be unpredictable.”
