Imbestigasyon ng NBI sa pagkamatay ni Christine Dacera, tatapusin sa linggong ito
Inaasahang matatapos na sa linggong ito ang hiwalay na imbestigasyon ng (National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa pagkamatay ng Flight attendant na si Christine Dacera.
Ayon kay Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, ipinabatid sa kanya na sa oras na matanggap ng NBI ang ilang partikular na mga ebidensya mula sa Philippine National Police (PNP) ngayong Lunes ay kukumpletuhin at isasapinal na nito ang imbestigasyon sa kaso sa linggong ito.
Kabilang sa mga ebidensya na ibabahagi ng pulisya sa NBI ay specimens, mobile phones, at garments.
Sa oras na matapos ang imbestigasyon ay isusumite na ng NBI ang report nito sa Department of Justice (DOJ) para sa konsiderasyon ng Makati City Prosecutor’s Office na nagsasagawa ng pagdinig sa reklamo laban sa mga suspek.
Sa medico-legal report ng PNP Crime Laboratory na isinumite sa Piskalya, sinabi na hindi Homicide kundi Ruptured Aortic Aneurysm o natural death ang sanhi ng pagkamatay ni Dacera.
SOJ Menardo Guevarra statement:
“PNP will share its evidence (specimens, garments, mobile phones) with the NBI on monday; the NBI will complete and finalize its report soon thereafter. “I was informed that after receiving certain specified pieces of evidence from the Police on Monday, the NBI will be in a position to wind up its investigation within the week, and submit its report to the DOJ for the consideration of the investigating prosecutor”.
