Dayaan sa May 2016 elections, ibinunyag ni Senador Tito Sotto
Ibinunyag ni Senador Vicente Sotto ang nangyaring iregularidad noong May 2016 elections.
Sa kaniyang privelege speech, sinabi ni Sotto na batay sa mga hawak nyang inpormasyon malinaw talaga na may nangyaring dayaan sa nakarang eleksyon.
As per COMELEC En Banc Resolution 10083, the Board of Canvassers shall only convene starting 3PM of May 9, 2016. Here, as you can see, a transmission activity was captured as early as May 8, 2016. The transmission is being done by IP Address 10.11.5.5 to 0507.ccs.pili2016pinas.net as seen in logs of SRVCNTADNS01 server.

Iginiit ni Sotto na dapat imbestigahan ang iregularidad nung eleksyon dahil marami pang isyu na hindi naipaliwanag ng Smartmatic pero balak ng Comelec na bilhin na ang vote counting machines ng Smartmatic para gamitin sa 2019 elections.
“These issues cannot be ignored as it weakens the propriety of our automated election system. We must ascertain the accuracy of these allegations as to either make the responsible officials accountable or finally put to rest the questions clouding the results of the 2016 election. In any case, I believe that the outcome of any investigation on this matter will surely lead to a more accurate and transparent system and results for the coming 2019 elections”.
