Sinabi ni Vasquez, “Unless there are new matters, arguments, pieces of evidence that would be presented normally the same body would maintain their decision. We are very confident that the same decision would be rendered and motion for thw recon or the appeal woulf be denied in due course.”

Ayon kay Vasquez, “They filed motion for reconsideration this was denied as well as lawyers that is the end of the rope on that particular aspect.”

Ani Vasquez, “The philippines had already cancelled his passport [jump to] as to immediate arrest as far as we could we see it he could be arrested as an undocumented alien.”

Dagdag pa ni Vasquez, “Hanggat hindi naibibigay o naiti-turn over sa ating kustodya wala pa tayong karapatan doon, kung may pulis obviously hindi pwede extraterritorial, karapatan ng law enforcement, those were the things we have to seriously consider given the security rrequirements of the situation.”
