Gabay ng OFW International
GABAY NG OFW International is a weekly public service program that caters mainly to the concerns of the millions of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families. It also aims to recognize the heroism and sacrifices of our OFWS.
The long- running radio program is being aired over DZEC 1062 AM every Saturday and Mondays 8-9 PM in Mega Manila and nationwide via various relay stations. We are also heard over audio live streaming worldwide (www.eaglebroadcasting.net and www.tinigpinoy.net ) and live via FACEBOOK. It is simultaneously aired in OTTAWA , CANADA thru TINIG PINOY RADIO (www.tinigpinoy.net).
Part of our thrust is to support OFW re-integration through entrepreneurship. We had many episodes in the past where we provided entrepreneurship tips and invited experts in various micro and small business to include franchising to share insights in starting and managing micro and small business. OFWs turned businessmen and their families are always part of our show.
The Program Segments:
BALITANG PILIPINAS – briefly dishes out the top national issues and provincial news for the consumption of ofws eager to know the latest back home.
BALITANG OFW– focuses on what’s happening in the OFW Community and the government programs and policies and how these affect our migrant workers.
TRABAHO AGAD – airing of no placement job vacancies for overseas employment in coordination with POEA.
USAPANG NEGOSYO – provides information to prospective OFW entrepreneurs.

SPECIAL REPORT OVERSEAS (SRO) – a monthly segment which features successful OFWS and the accomplishments as well of our embassy officials, labor attaches, welfare officers, NGOs and the like.
SALUDO SA MARINO – a special segment featuring the skills and competencies of Filipino seafarers who are the biggest contributor to the success of the global shipping trade. It also provides accurate info on education and training, government regulations, and the shipping business in general, including the families. Committed as a reliable partner in maritime and business opportunities in promoting relevant issues and concerns affecting the welfare of the seafarers and the interest of the manning & shipping industries.
