Malaysia tumanggi na ibigay sa Pilipinas ang detalye sa pagtakas noon ni Alice Guo – SOJ Remulla

Isiniwalat ni Justice Secretary Crispin Remulla na tumanggi ang Malaysia na ibigay sa Pilipinas ang impormasyon ukol sa pagtakas sa bansa ni dating Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo.
Sinabi ni Remulla na ginawa na ng Department of Justice ang lahat kasama ang Department of Foreign Affairs para makipagtulungan ang Malaysia pero nabigo sila.
Ayon sa kalihim, alam ng Malaysia ang detalye kung paano nakalabas ng bansa si Guo gaya ng eroplano at sasakyan na ginamit ng dating alkalde.

Umaasa si Remulla na maunawaan ng Senado ang Bureau of Immigration na talagang walang ideya kung paano nakalabas ng bansa si Guo.
Aniya, “The case of Alice Guo is a very peculiar case because Malaysia refused to cooperate with us. Malaysia is supposed to give us the information.They know what flight entered, what aircraft entered, where she was riding but they refused to give it to us for some reasons that were alluded to about the cases of our brothers in the South that one judgment in Paris and they wanted a deal for that matter. Its beyond our control. Lahat ginawa na namin. We are already at DFA level they have not, we have faced a stonewall.”
